Join James Beard Award winning author Sarah Owens of Sourdough for an afternoon of demonstration and hands-on baking with natural leavening. You will learn how to make sourdough bread from start to finish from maintaining a starter to mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking in the home kitchen. You will take home some starter, a proofing basket, and dough as well as a few new recipes! Sourdough nibbles and homemade jams will be served.
